The sleeping cottage, measuring 35 m2 and available for use year-round, contains 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds, with one bedroom situated on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, accessible via a notably steep exterior staircase located under a canopy. The sleeping cottage is equipped with electric heating and a refrigerator, and an outdoor dry toilet serves this building as there is no indoor toilet facility within it. The separate lakeside sauna, also available year-round and renovated in 2025, is fitted with a wood-burning stove and includes a dressing room. As there is no running water in the sauna, water must be carried to the building, sourced from the lake during summer and from the main cottage during winter, and is heated using the stove's integrated heater tank. The sauna also features a separate sleeping area accessible directly from the terrace, containing a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 2 wardrobes. Bed linen is not included in the rental price and guests are kindly asked to bring their own or to select the required quantity from the available additional services. Villa Eriksberg is rented exclusively to families, couples, and other guests who are seeking a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The property is not available for rental to groups composed entirely of individuals under the age of 25. An 8-person hot tub is available as an optional rental between 1.6. and 1.11., offered at a rate per weekend or per week inclusive of towels. The hot tub is provided already filled and heated, with the temperature ready by four o'clock on the day of arrival. Guests are responsible for maintaining the heating of the hot tub during their stay. The hot tub rental also includes 3 carrying baskets of firewood. Reservations for the hot tub must be made no later than two weeks before the date of arrival. A SUP board is additionally available for rent. Please be aware that the ferry must be booked no later than two weeks before the start of your stay in order to ensure availability and a smooth arrival experience.
