The main cottage extends across 115 m2 and features a welcoming living room with an extra bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms offering a variety of sleeping configurations including a room with 2 beds, another with 2 beds, one with an antique bunk bed, and one with a single bed. 2 separate indoor toilets are available within the main cottage, one renovated in 2021 and the other in 2022, along with a shower and a glazed veranda furnished with a large dining table, which serves as a storage room during the winter months due to cold temperatures. The property accommodates travel beds for 2 children and is equipped with an air source heat pump for comfortable year-round use. Wireless internet connectivity is available throughout the property, ensuring that guests remain connected during their stay should they wish to be. Please be aware that there is no TV on the premises, inviting guests to fully immerse themselves in the natural surroundings.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of this lakeside property are among its most compelling features, offering direct and immediate access to the calm waters of Lake Lohjanjärvi just 40 metres away. A private jetty extends over the lake, and guests have exclusive use of a rowboat, making it easy to explore the lake at leisure. The lakeshore itself features a shallow, gently sloping entry with a firm bottom, transitioning to deeper clay further out, making it particularly suitable for families with children. The main cottage opens onto a terrace that provides an ideal setting for outdoor relaxation and al fresco dining, complementing the glazed veranda with its large dining table for sheltered outdoor meals during warmer months. The separate lakeside sauna, renovated in 2025 and spanning 20 m2, is positioned directly by the water and features its own terrace entrance, creating a seamless connection between the sauna experience and the natural lakeside environment. The sleeping cottage, located approximately 50 metres from the main cottage, is surrounded by the tranquil natural landscape of the property and accessed via an exterior staircase sheltered under a canopy.

The sleeping cottage, measuring 35 m2 and available for use year-round, contains 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds, with one bedroom situated on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, accessible via a notably steep exterior staircase located under a canopy. The sleeping cottage is equipped with electric heating and a refrigerator, and an outdoor dry toilet serves this building as there is no indoor toilet facility within it. The separate lakeside sauna, also available year-round and renovated in 2025, is fitted with a wood-burning stove and includes a dressing room. As there is no running water in the sauna, water must be carried to the building, sourced from the lake during summer and from the main cottage during winter, and is heated using the stove's integrated heater tank. The sauna also features a separate sleeping area accessible directly from the terrace, containing a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 2 wardrobes. Bed linen is not included in the rental price and guests are kindly asked to bring their own or to select the required quantity from the available additional services. Please note that it is strictly not permitted to bring a trailer hot tub or a hot tub on wheels onto the property. This property is not available for rental to groups composed exclusively of individuals under 25 years of age.
