Property Summary
Nestled along the breathtaking Amalfi Coast in Positano, Italy, Villa San Giacomo stands as one of the most magnificent and expansive private residences the region has to offer. Originally constructed in 1741 by wealthy merchants, this extraordinary estate was brought back to its full splendor following more than two years of meticulous conservative restoration. Its name pays homage to the patron saint of Liparlati, one of the seven historic neighborhoods of Positano, lending the property a deep sense of cultural and spiritual identity. Spanning 750 square meters of interior living space complemented by 760 square meters of garden and loggia, Villa San Giacomo offers an unparalleled holiday experience for those seeking elegance, history, and comfort in equal measure.
The villa accommodates up to 16 guests across eight main double bedrooms, each featuring a private bathroom, with the option to extend capacity to 24 guests by opening 4 additional attic double rooms with private bathrooms. Should these attic rooms not be required, they will remain closed and will not be made available to other guests during your stay. Every bedroom is appointed with a king-size bed, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi connectivity, a heating system, minibar, hairdryer, sofa, armchair, safe, and a courtesy kit, ensuring every comfort is within reach throughout your stay.
The property benefits from seamless wireless internet access throughout, allowing guests to remain connected at all times. A private parking facility is available on site, accessible via a direct lift to the villa, offering a secure and convenient arrival experience. The stunning infinity pool and sun terrace provide an exclusive setting for relaxation, while the expansive yard and garden areas invite guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings. Together, these amenities establish Villa San Giacomo as a truly exceptional retreat on the Amalfi Coast.
