The Agriturismo Bevignano, at the centre of a thriving farm with 70 hectares of woodland and 1,200 silver olive trees, has ancient origins. They date back to 1600 when there was a monastery here, and you can still admire an ancient little church inside the property. This ancient village, located on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, nestled in the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, still retains its architectural features that make it a place full of charm and history. The 8 bedroom Villa Sant’Angelo is immersed in the enchanting Tuscany hills. It’s an old country manor which once belonged to the noble family of Conti Ghezzi who loved to spend their holidays here.
Recently restored it has managed to maintain its original charm thanks to the rare finishings: antique wooden beams, terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces in the large rooms, choice of colours and the very large illuminated environment.
The furniture has been carefully chosen, both functional and comfortable, but distinguishable with the elegant Tuscany classical style furniture which can be found in most homes today.

Villa Sibilla accommodates a maximum capacity of 16 guests, distributed between the main villa and the Olivo apartment, with a total of 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms throughout the property. The main villa spans two floors, with the ground floor featuring a welcoming living room with fireplace, an open plan living-dining room-kitchen area, a bathroom and a laundry room. The first floor is accessed via two separate staircases, creating two distinct sleeping wings. From the first staircase, you reach a king-size double bedroom measuring 2 meters by 1.90 meters with an en-suite bathroom featuring both shower and bathtub, a double room with beds measuring 0.85 meters by 1.90 meters, and another double room of the same dimensions with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second staircase leads to a king-size double bedroom measuring 1.85 meters by 1.90 meters with an en-suite bathroom equipped with both bath and shower, a twin bedroom with beds measuring 0.85 meters by 1.90 meters, and an additional king-size double bedroom measuring 2 meters by 1.90 meters with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The independent Olivo apartment comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, and two double bedrooms each measuring 2 meters by 1.90 meters, both with en-suite bathrooms featuring showers.

Air conditioning is installed throughout the entire villa, maintaining ideal temperatures in all seasons. The property features two well-equipped kitchens, each containing a dishwasher, refrigerator and oven, with the main kitchen additionally fitted with a microwave for added convenience. Entertainment options include 3 LCD televisions with satellite TV providing Sky Italia and sports channels, 3 DVD players, and 2 iPod docking stations distributed throughout the accommodation. A barbecue is available for outdoor cooking experiences. The laundry facilities include 2 washing machines, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Each bathroom is furnished with a hairdryer, and central heating ensures warmth during cooler months. Unlimited Wi-Fi internet access extends throughout the villa, garden and pool areas, keeping you connected throughout your stay. Additional amenities available upon request include a crib, high chair and children's bathtub for families traveling with young children.

Check-in time is from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm, while check-out is by 10.00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability on the relevant day and must be confirmed with the Concierge Office. Late check-in after 8.00 pm should be communicated in advance. In any case, check-in cannot be provided after midnight. A welcoming service is provided for key collection and explanation of the villas, though multiple welcoming services for the same group cannot be granted. The property is accessed via 3 kilometers of gravel road, which is in good condition but sometimes steep with small stones typical of country roads, making them unsuitable for low-altitude cars or sports cars. It is strongly suggested that guests have their own rental vehicle to move inside and outside Tenuta Umbra, though sport cars and low-height cars are not suitable for the estate's white gravel roads. You are welcome to explore the estate on foot or by bike, and should you wish to move around by car, you may request a transfer within the estate through your concierge. Only transfers arranged through the Tenuta Umbra Concierge Team are permitted to access the estate. A Concierge Service is available from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm and remains available for emergencies outside these hours. Extra services and activities must be booked in advance as availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute bookings. All services provided to guests during their stay can only be arranged by or through the restaurant or Tenuta Umbra. Minimum stay required is 7 nights Saturday to Saturday, except for last-minute requests. Short stays and daily rates are available on request in other seasons. The property only accepts weddings, parties or events at Villa Ugo, with a maximum of 55 guests. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to local municipality regulations.
