Conveniently located in Poggibonsi, Italy in the tourist area "San Gimignano And Surroundings" and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. Tenuta Il Tresto is a lovely holiday home with WiFi internet and pool. The villa / farmhouse / home has been divided into a total of four separate apartments. The property can accommodate up to 22 people comfortably in nine bedrooms with five bathrooms.

After a busy day of sightseeing, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and patio. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom. In addition, each apartment has its own kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery.

Description
Ancient farmhouse with adjoining barn situated on a large and renowned farming estate producing excellent wine and olive oil. This property has been carefully restored and turned into 6 comfortable apartments, all of which offering nice interiors furnished in a rustic style with some antiques. The location, among vineyards and olive groves is peaceful and dominates the Chianti Classico hills. Beautiful panoramic views with Siena in the distance are afforded. This property provides a well-kept large garden (6000 m2) with infinity pool whose use is to be shared among the 6 apartments.
Distances: Ponte a Bozzone with a food shop, a restaurant and a butcher is 5 km away, Siena with all kinds of shops and railway station 12 km, San Gimignano approx. 50 km, Florence 70 km away, Pisa 115 km , Rome 250 km away.
At guests disposal: large panoramic garden (6000 m2), shared infinity swimming-pool (5,5 x 15 m – maximum depth 1,8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), solarium terrace with open-air shower (cold water), barbecue, oven for pizza, furnished loggia (35 m2), table tennis. Description
Beautiful house dating back to the end of the 18th century comprising 6 welcoming apartments. This property is situated on the hills surrounding Volterra and enjoys amazing views of the Tuscan landscape. All of the 6 units have been recently restored and are furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. The well-groomed outside areas provide gazebos, nice paths, fruit trees and a large pool with open-air shower and sun-beds. The property owners, who are very friendly people, live only a short distance away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Volterra con general stores 10 km away, the beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 60 km away, Florence approx. 70 km away.
The beaches of Cecina are in a 1-hour drive.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden with swimming-pool (15 x 7 m – depth 1,2 m), open-air shower (cold water), changing room with bathroom, shared barbecue.
A small spa with Jacuzzi bathtub (for 4/6 people), 2 massaging armchairs and changing room (with shower) is available at € 10,- / per entrance / per person (reservation requested).
