Kukkalahti is an upscale and spacious rental villa that can accommodate even a larger group for a holiday, use of the hot tub is included in the rent during the summertime (20.4.-30.10). The same owner has a rental cottage 17154 MÄNTYLAHTI next door, in total these two villas can accommodate 28 people, so there is space for a larger group for a holiday or business event if necessary.
53 km northeast of Savonlinna, Orivesi/Paasselkä (Saimaa) 60 m, hard, gently deepening sandy bottom, dock, rowing boat, two-seater canoe and sup-board available.
Log cabin 2013, down staris: living room / kitchen, first bedroom with sofa bed for two, second bedroom with double bed, third bedroom with 140 cm sofa bed for two, fourth bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with toilet and shower, hall.
Upstairs: Fifth bedroom with double bed and balcony, sixth bedroom with double bed and cot, seventh bedroom with 120 cm and 80 cm beds. Toilet and shower in the bathroom.

In the yard, there is a large summer kitchen made of natural stone for outdoor cooking. The buildings are connected by a large terrace area, which is connected to a patio and a dining area for the whole group.
Note: The use of the hot tub is included in the accommodation price ONLY during the summer season 20.4.-30.10. Frost restriction -15 degrees. The customer fills, heats and empties the hot tub himself. If you want to use the bowl already filled and preheated, you can agree on it with the owner for an additional fee of 50 euros, payment to the owner.

Description
This rental cabin is well-suited for hosting events, including big parties. The dining room has seating and tableware for 60 people. You can also get a catering service for your party from the owner. Accommodation is available for 13 people, and during the summer, additional accommodation can be booked in the sleeping sheds from the owner. There are five sleeping sheds, each accommodating four people. The price for each shed is 150 euros, which includes bed linens and final cleaning.

70 km to the east of Mikkeli, Lake Lentunen 20 m (length 1 km, width 2 km), a deep, sandy beach, private boat, and a pier. Wooden villa, an old camp center, was built in 1936 and renovated in 2023. The kitchen is equipped with industrial appliances, and the dining room has seating for 60 people. Bedroom 1 includes two beds, bedroom 2 has two beds and an alcove has one bed. Dining area/utility kitchen, two WCs, a shower, and an electric sauna.
On the upper floor, there is a hall and five bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has one bed, bedroom 4 has two beds, bedroom 5 has two beds, bedroom 6 has two beds, and bedroom 7 has one bed. Some of the bedrooms do not have windows, and there is a WC. Access to the upper floor is available both from inside and directly from outside.
