The changeover day is Saturday, with a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights during high season and 3 nights during low season, though prices for shorter stays are available upon request. The property is available from April 1st to October 31st. Two service options are available to enhance your experience: Option 1 includes concierge service for all your requests along with bed linen and towel change on Wednesday, while Option 2 provides daily breakfast delivery with a housekeeper who will make up the beds and clean the kitchen each morning during a 3-hour service period. External chefs are not permitted at the estate, though you may arrange for a private chef or cooking classes through the property upon request. Social events accommodating more than 22 guests can be organized through the property's partners following management approval. You are required to provide a complete rooming list 1 week before your arrival. A pre-authorization is requested upon arrival for potential damages. Beautiful house dating back to the end of the 18th century comprising 6 welcoming apartments. This property is situated on the hills surrounding Volterra and enjoys amazing views of the Tuscan landscape. All of the 6 units have been recently restored and are furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. The well-groomed outside areas provide gazebos, nice paths, fruit trees and a large pool with open-air shower and sun-beds. The property owners, who are very friendly people, live only a short distance away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Volterra con general stores 10 km away, the beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 60 km away, Florence approx. 70 km away.
The beaches of Cecina are in a 1-hour drive.
