The property is accessed via 3 kilometers of gravel road, which is in good condition but sometimes steep with small stones typical of country roads, making them unsuitable for low-altitude cars or sports cars. It is strongly suggested that guests have their own rental vehicle to move inside and outside Tenuta Umbra, though sport cars and low-height cars are not suitable for the estate's white gravel roads. You are welcome to explore the estate on foot or by bike, and should you wish to move around by car, you may request a transfer within the estate through your concierge. Only transfers arranged through the Tenuta Umbra Concierge Team are permitted to access the estate. A Concierge Service is available from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm and remains available for emergencies outside these hours. Podere Marcigliano consists of 2 newly built villas, which nevertheless reflect the architectural characteristics of the farmhouses of the past. Each apartment has a large green area, a beautiful swimming pool (size 7x14 m, depth 1.50 m - open from 15 May to 30 September and fully fenced), a barbecue, a laundry room in common use and children's games, and its own private area equipped with a furnished gazebo for your meals in the open air.

Rectangular in shape with an elegant terracotta border, the pool measures 4 x 10 meters and reaches a depth of 1.30 meters. It features entrance steps in one corner, internal spotlights, and is covered with clear PVC, with a chlorinated sanitation system ensuring pristine water quality. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October and is nestled within a vast expanse of manicured lawn, approximately 25 meters from the main house, enlivened by fragrant lavender, rose, and rosemary bushes. The surrounding solarium area is elegantly appointed with sun loungers, a sitting area shaded by large umbrellas, and a cold water shower for guests' convenience. The immense open spaces of the farm beyond the private grounds are equally inviting, offering ideal conditions for walking, hiking, or mountain biking while fully immersed in the serene rhythms of nature.

Also on the ground floor, guests will find a double bedroom with a divisible bed and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, both featuring en suite bathrooms with shower, as well as a laundry room and an additional bathroom with shower. An internal iron staircase leads to the first floor, which is also accessible via an external staircase on the side of the house. This upper level houses a master bedroom with a private bathroom complete with both a bathtub and shower, a suite comprising a double bedroom with divisible bed and a twin bedroom with joinable beds that share a bathroom with shower and an anteroom with a second sink, and 2 additional double bedrooms each with a divisible bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. The first floor is completed by a dedicated TV room with an ornamental fireplace. The annex, located approximately 20 meters from the main house, develops entirely on the ground floor and consists of a verandah living room with a sitting area and a kitchenette, along with a double bedroom with joinable beds served by a private bathroom with shower. Please note that all fireplaces throughout the property are ornamental.

With regard to pets, a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies for each animal present during the stay. Urban waste disposal is expected to be managed correctly by guests; failure to do so will result in an additional charge applied at check-out.
