The rectangular pool measures 15 x 5 metres with a maximum depth of 1.30 metres, is lined in PVC, and features chlorine purification along with large Roman steps for easy access to the water. The pool is non-heated and is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Surrounding the pool is a terracotta-paved sunbathing area generously equipped with sunbeds and deck chairs, as well as a gazebo with a table that serves as a perfect setting for outdoor meals. A cold-water shower is also available in this area for your convenience. The garden of 4,000 sq m is completely bordered along its perimeter by luxuriant hedges, creating a sense of seclusion while preserving the enchanting views of the Romagna hills. Well-kept flower beds, flowering plants, and aromatic Mediterranean herb bushes complete the landscape, offering a sensory experience that changes with the seasons. The upper floor also includes a large sitting room and a study. The annex is located under the porch adjacent to the pool and contains 5 bedrooms: 3 doubles, 1 double with a divisible bed, and 1 twin with joinable beds. Each bedroom in the annex has its own en-suite bathroom with a tub with shower.
