The vacation rental villa with private pool, Villa Alex, is located just 1500 meters from the sea and beaches of Versilia, in Marina di Pietrasanta, and about 3Km from Pietrasanta. Forte dei Marmi with its incredible luxury stores is only 5 km away.
The Villa is also a great starting point for visiting all of Tuscany.
Florence is about 1 hour's drive away as are the 5terre. Lucca, with its ancient walls and medieval charm, is only a 20-minute drive from the house and in summer is particularly animated by its Lucca Summer Festival or in November by Lucca Comics. Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
