A white gravel driveway lined with fruit trees leads from the entrance gate to the shaded parking area beneath a kiwi-covered pergola. Just outside the house, a shaded seating area invites relaxation with comfortable outdoor sofas arranged beneath a sun canopy, while a panoramic dining area equipped with a built-in barbecue offers the perfect setting for alfresco meals with sweeping views of the Valdinievole hills. A short staircase connects the dining area to the olive grove and the pool area below.
The private swimming pool is non-heated and rectangular in shape, measuring 11 x 3 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres. It features a sand-colored PVC lining with a sandstone border, access via a Roman staircase and a recessed corner with a shallow beach area, a chlorine purification system, and internal lighting. The surrounding solarium is paved with teak-effect anti-slip resin slats and is furnished with sun loungers, tables, an umbrella, and a solar shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the garden may vary at the time of your arrival.
