The pool area is enclosed by a laurel hedge and accessed through a dedicated gate, located approximately 40 m from the main building. The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

From the relaxation area, the space flows naturally into a fully equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom complete with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower. Large French windows open directly onto the outdoor dining and living area beneath the shaded portico, creating a fluid connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
A staircase from the ground floor leads up to the first floor, where 4 additional bedrooms enjoy panoramic views over the surrounding Tuscan landscape. Of these, 3 are double bedrooms: 2 are equipped with their own en suite bathrooms, and 1 shares an adjacent bathroom with the remaining single bedroom. Air conditioning is available in 2 of the double bedrooms on this floor.

Villa Desiderio has been subjected to a thorough check-up by a technical responsible before the beginning of the season, carried out to verify the consistency of the property description, the condition and functionality of all listed accessories, and to guarantee quality, cleanliness, and comfort to all guests.
The property borders at the rear with the part of the estate inhabited by the owners, which means that assistance is readily available from the owners themselves should any need arise during the stay.
Pets of small and medium size are welcome at the property. Prior authorisation from the owner is required before arrival, and guests must communicate the number, size, and breed of their animals in advance.
Regarding the tourism tax, children under 14 years of age are exempt from payment. The tax applies per person for the first 6 nights of the stay.
The stay includes a Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 € and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
