Pets are welcome at the property for an additional fee. If you require accommodation for 10 guests rather than the full 12-person capacity, one of the bedrooms with a shared bathroom will remain closed. The villa offers professional services available on request, including gardener assistance, maid service, and chef services to enhance your stay. Please note that for the 2026 season, both heater usage and air conditioning consumption are included in the rental rates. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.
