Description
Property Broccolo is a lovely stone building (300 sq m) that includes air conditioning, WiFi internet and private pool. The property can sleep up to eight guests comfortably in four bedrooms with four bathrooms. Broccolo is located 1 km (3537 ft) from San Leonardo, Italy and only 14 km (8 mi) from Lucca.
What to Expect
This lovely independent house benefits from a large, flat garden, is completely fenced and surrounded by trees, and is, therefore, an ideal place for families, allowing the kids to play around outside without any fear of danger. The swimming pool is located 50 metres from the house, close to a patio with barbecue and pizza oven, ideal for evening meals. On the other side of the house the comfortable kitchen opens onto a veranda, ideal for al fresco meals.
