Welcome to a relaxing holiday by the peaceful Utosjoki River. This 85 m² cabin is located at the end of a quiet road, right by the water, about 77 km from Oulu and 18 km from the center of Utajärvi. Here, you’ll find true tranquility.
The ground floor features a large living room and open-plan kitchen with a heat-storing fireplace, one bedroom with two 80 cm beds, a separate WC, a washroom, and an electric sauna.
On the upper floor, there’s sleeping space for six: a 160 cm wide double bed, two 80 cm beds, and a 140 cm wide sofa bed. The sofa in the living room does not open, but there are still more than enough beds. Both the spacious terrace and the upper-floor balcony receive plenty of sunlight.
The soft-bottomed beach of the Utosjoki River is about 30 meters from the cabin and deepens quickly, so children should be supervised closely while at the water. The cabin was built in 2000, and the washroom was renovated in 2017.
The outbuilding includes a storage area available for guest use — it’s suitable for firewood and sports gear.

The villa features a spacious living-room kitchen, a ground-floor bedroom with 2 beds arranged as a double bed, a second ground-floor bedroom with 2 single beds, and an upper floor accommodating up to 7 additional guests, though please be aware that the upstairs area has a low ceiling with a maximum height of 160 cm. A utility room with shower and a separate toilet complete the ground floor layout. Throughout the ground floor, underfloor heating powered by a geothermal system ensures year-round warmth and comfort, and the property is also equipped with a geothermal-connected cooling device for warmer months. Wireless Internet Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, keeping you connected during your stay.

The outdoor spaces of this lakeside villa are truly one of its most remarkable features. Situated just 20 metres from the shores of Lake Oulujärvi, the property offers direct access to a shallow sandy beach with a gentle bottom, making it perfectly safe and enjoyable for children. 2 rowing boats are available for guests to explore the calm waters of the lake at their leisure. A partially covered large terrace provides an ideal setting for outdoor dining, relaxation, and taking in the stunning natural surroundings in any weather. A separate lakeside sauna building of 22 m² adds a quintessentially Finnish dimension to the outdoor experience, complete with a washroom with shower, a dressing room, a guest bedroom with a foldable bed for 2, and its own terrace overlooking the lake. Please note that the sauna building does not include a toilet. A wood-heated hot tub is also available on the property and can be used by separate agreement with the owner throughout the entire year, with guests heating the tub themselves.

The villa accommodates guests with a carport suitable for 2 cars. It is important to be aware that charging electric or hybrid vehicles on the property is strictly prohibited, as an electrical overload may cause damage to the geothermal system. The geothermal underfloor heating covers the entire ground floor, while the geothermal-connected cooling device ensures a comfortable indoor temperature during the summer season. The separate lakeside sauna building does not have a toilet, and guests should plan accordingly. The wood-heated hot tub is available for use all year round exclusively by separate agreement with the owner, who applies a fee for this service, with guests responsible for heating the tub themselves.
