Exactly as advertised. Well equipped, spotless and a great location for touring Tuscany. Village has restaurant, coffee bar and small grocery shop within easy walking distance. Make sure to get good directions to the property if arriving at night.

The most significant thing about this property is that it is actually in the village - the last house in the village - not out in the countryside. This isn't a bad thing because you can easily walk to shops , café etc but this should be on the website so people are not disappointed when they find they are not out in the Tuscan country side. The Castle is an absolute treat.

This was an idyllic place to stay in Tuscany. We can't recommend it enough. We had 16 people (10 adults and 6 children) and we all had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and very functional with lots of spaces to congregate, play or read quitely. The outdoor space couldn't have been more beautiful and perfect for eating, relaxing and playing. We were well taken care of by Franco who was available to answer questions, help us find a great cook for an evening, and help a locked out family get in : ). I had a vision of a relaxing place with great views and lots of space for the kids to play outside and eat inside or outside and we got just what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Agostino and would love to return. It is a great location for day trips to all of the southern area of Tuscany.

We stay one week at this nice place and found out everything quite and comfortable. Good view and interesting location make this place atractive, especially for this price. The owner is Paolo speak english very well, that also very helpfull.
Only one things can be considering: when outside cold weather, need to be be ready that can be a little "fresh" inside of house. Need to take warm clothes.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
AWESOME PLACE TO STAY, WE ENDED UP CHANGING OUR APARTMENT TO ONE WITH AN OPEN FIRE PLACE. WE LOVED THIS PLACE AND WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN!!!

Sowohl der Buchungsprozess, das Objekt als auch die Betreuung vor Ort waren perfekt.
Einzig das Wetter hätte etwas besser sein können.
Das Anwesen Fornace hat eine tolle Lage mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Sehr gepflegte Anlage die exakt der Beschreibung entspricht. Etwaige Fragen löst die Besitzerin superfreundlich und schnell (Danke Claudia ) Das Örtchen Roccastrada ist etwas verpennt. Empfehlenswert das Lokal La Rosa Blu außerhalb an der Strasse nach RibollaWould you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

all apartments are furnished friendly and comfortable and equipped with TV, dish washer, coffee machine,toaster and equipment for cooking, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Hosts are very friendly and supportive wherever possible,area wonderful

Ein wunderschönes Haus das Atmosphäre ausstrahlt. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön angelegt auch wenn wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten, da wir fast 2 Wochen Regen hatten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
