A very lovely Cottage, nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay. Listed accurately. Our expectations were met if not exceeded in some items. We will look forward to our next visit when on Skye.

La Piccola Rocca is a jewel in Tuscany. The property exceeds all expectations and the village of Cetona is a perfect getaway. Central to all of the main Tuscan sites we would return in a heartbeat. Marco the owner is a pleasure to work with.

Prima verblijf gehad. Geen airco aanwezig waardoor t soms wel erg warm was in ons appartement. Zoals wordt aangegeven weet je niet precies welk appartement je krijgt. Helaas kregen wij een appartement boven met een gedeeld terras (niet aansluitend op je eigen appartement) met 3 a 4 andere kamers. Als we dit van te voren wisten hadden we waarschijnlijk voor een ander verblijf gekozen.
Appartement zelf is wat verouderd maar wel netjes en schoon. Genoeg keukengerei aanwezig. Zwembad was heerlijk verkoelend.

Leuke vakantie woning rustig gelegen en alles is proper ! op 5 min wandelen van montecatini Alto waar je lekker kan eten en iets drinken als ook het treintje naar Montecatini-Terme kan nemen. Wij hebben er 10 dagen gelogeerd in de periode 2/06 en zouden het zeker terug opnieuw boeken.

Een heerlijk huisje,schoon en rustig gelegen aan het einde van de weg tegen het bos aan. Ideale uitvalsplek naar Slovenië, Ferlach of Klagenfurt. Edith, de gastvrouw heeft alles goed uitgelegd, de bbq, de kachel en waar alles ligt.
We hebben vaak de bbq aangehad maar uit eten kan ook prima bij hotel Sereinig op 150 mtr. Een klein winkeltje is er ook voor de basis boodschapjes en op wo- en vrijdag verse Semmel.
Wandelingen zijn goed aangegeven en voor wie van uitdagingen houdt, neem de Tscheppaschlucht.
En het uitzicht over de Alpenwei en de Karawanken is bij zonsopkomst adembenemend.

Wir mussten leider nach 4 Tagen aus persönlichen Gründen abreisen. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und das Zentrum in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Leider waren die Gehwege und Grünanlagen sehr stark mit Hundekot verschmutzt. Wir haben auch 2 Hunde, aber die Hinterlassenschaften werden von uns entfernt. Es gab ausreichend Kotbeutel vor Ort. Der Strand war sehr gepflegt und sauber.

We loved this old villa with its swimming pool, large rooms and so much character. However, it is noisy. There is a railway line which runs at the bottom of the garden and a mens' hostel a few meters away with lots of noisy activity especially in the evenings. We were there in June so tractors and trailers were thundering past the villa and garden throughout the day. The gardener who came every morning was keen to cut and strim the grass at 8am. It is NOT within walking distance of the town which was delightful, so you will need a car. We drove from the UK so we had all the household and kitchen items we needed. In the kitchen was only 2 dishwasher tablets, a bottle of water and a bottle of Prosecco, that's it! So be prepared to bring with you or buy salt, pepper, oil, herbs, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry supplies etc. The tennis court and the table tennis table were old and seen better days, old rackets and some balls were provided. There are no mosquito nets on the windows or doors.
