This villa suited our needs very well. We wanted to be close to a train statio so we could easily visit other towns. All day parking near the station is limited so you need to arrive early to get a spot.

First of all we want to keep this a secret, it is a treasure! Rosado and his family are wonderful as is the villa. On our arrival the villa was spotless and the pool was crystal clear! As promised, Rosado kept the pool clean all week and when we did see him, he was attentive and asked if everything was alright and if we needed anything. We will be returning! At the end of our stay we were able to visit the other villa nearby and it was just as grand! We can't say enough wonderful things about our experience!
Also, we would like to say EasyReserve was extremely helpful and courteous. They assisted us more than we expected and will use them in the future.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our week at Le Rondini.
Erika and her family were delightful and were always available to answer any requests( train schedules) or questions.
The property and home were beautiful and immaculately kept. The pictures provided on the website do not begin to bring justice to how beautiful the grounds and the surrounding countryside are. The charming village of Montopoli was also a delight.
Our week at Le Rondini was everything we had hoped for when we decided to rent a villa in Tuscany. Thank you for a fabulous experience!Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

The Villa Felciai was nicer than anticipated. The entire group had a fantastic time and the personnel did everything we asked to make our stay as nice as possible. It was relatively close to many things we wanted to do!Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

My husband and I recently had a week at Il Pigionale and it was just perfect! We had been touring for 5 weeks and really needed some relaxation and stability for a while. The apartment was very comfortable and homely (such a plus to have the washing machine)and everything we needed was available in the village. The location in Tucany was very central making it an easy drive where ever we wanted to go. The local markets are wonderful. We would highly recommend this stay.

We booked 4 nights at Cupido at the end of May and the property more than lived up to expectation. We had a warm welcome from the owners, a lovely couple who live above the Cupido apartment. However the two properties feel totally separate and Cupido has plenty of privacy The setting is really peaceful and the garden is beautiful.
A car is definitely needed as there is very little in walking distance. However with tranport there is a huge amount to see within easy reach. We visited Arezzo, the nearby national park, Montepulciano, Siena, Perugia.
Warning for those plannning to cook - although there are cooking facilities there is no oven. We got caught out as we had brought food which needed to be baked!
Highly recommended.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

We rented Casa Scopeti in San Casciano Val di Pesa for a family holiday and to celebrate a 50th birthday plus reunion. The house was fabulous. Great space and the garden, pool and spa were all well used by the group. The gardens are particularly beautiful and we all enjoyed the outdoors, even gave the pizza oven a go!! Much fun was had by all. Our sincere thanks to Marco and his family for organising the wood for the pizza oven, ensuring that the pool was well maintained and for being available to assist us. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend Casa Scopeti. The town of San Casciano is delightful and we enjoyed lots of good meals, cafe and pastries too. The COOP provided all our essentials for meals at the villa. We loved every minute of our holiday. For those who have not experience fireflies, the lucciole gave us a lovely dance each evening and we were enchanted. Living la dolce vita is easy at Casa Scopeti. Michele and Mark - Australia

Le Lagore is a beautiful villa located above Levanto on the Italian Riviera. It has gorgeous views from the terrace and the windows on the sea view side of the house. We greatly enjoyed our stay there. The kitchen was very well equipped, and it was much appreciated that dish and laundry soap were provided along with toilet paper and soap in the bathrooms. The house was decorated in a cozy comfortable way. Our group consisted of 4 adults traveling with 4 children ages 3-6 and we loved the spacious living room and terrace.
There are six bedrooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms. There is one bathtub and the rest of the bathrooms have a European styled hand shower on the wall of the bathroom- not a shower stall- such that when one showers, the water goes all over the toilet and bidet. This is not to say that this is a problem. The water drains adequately and is actually a good use of space because there would not have been room to install proper shower stalls in these bathrooms. I am mentioning this because my fellow Americans are less likely to expect/be familiar with this type of shower.
The description of the house listed it as 1 km from the beach. This is perhaps true if one were to take the extremely steep stairs, otherwise it would be a 15/20 minute steep winding walk on the road or a short drive with parking immediately above the beach.
The house feels very remote and there were lizards in the living room in the evening making funny sounds. There were lots of ants inside and out of the house. The grounds were not manicured and I had long grass/weeds scratching my legs when I would hang the laundry on the line to dry. The washing machine did not function properly. With every load, we had to continually readjust the clothes in the washing machine throughout the cycle.
However, the pleasures of cooking in that great house with rosemary picked outside the kitchen door, the joys of drinks made with freshly crushed mint plucked from behind the hammock, and enjoying this food and drink on the terrace with the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea stretching across the horizon made up for ants and other minor inconveniences. If you can welcome nature into your life, you will enjoy your stay at Le Lagore and will leave wishing, as we did, that you could stay on for at least a little while longer.

Our familiy of 6 adults and 2 children (ages 9 months and 2 1/2 years) was delighted with our stay at Villa Fiorenzani. We were looking for a villa within walking distance to a small town with restaurants and Villa Fiorenzani and Radicondoli fit the bill perfectly. I echo the reviews below regarding location and things to do. The Radicondoli tourism office was very helpful with maps and suggestions of things to do, as well.
A highlight for us was a dinner at the agroturismo Paugnano. Our granddaughter was in awe of the sheep and milking, the family was warm and embracing, and the ravioli was spectacular! A cooking class there would have been fun, had we realized in time. Also, don't miss the pizza at La Pergola - best we had our entire trip!
We can also recommend a hot air balloon flight through Associazioni Aerostatica Toscana (www.flyballoon.it) which was very professionally done and a wonderful way to see the Tuscan countryside, although expensive.
One note: Don't count on wireless at the villa - it was only available one day while we were there despite property manager Ilaria's attempts to get it working. (An electrical storm blew it out the same day she got it to work.)Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Great Villa in a good location...
A few things really let our experience down and this mainly came down to some miss leading information and the way the owners who live in one of the villas treated us.
Firstly, it is described to have a washing machine, this is not true. One of the owners (mother) will do the washing for 6 Euro per load. And if you think this will come back dry, think again. We returned from a day out sightseeing to have our washing dumped on the outside table, wet and in a garbage bag. So some of our clothes smelt and had to be re-washed.
We also had an additional guest stay (even though we paid for the full weeks villa) we asked if it was okay and were told okay, then when it came to check out time, the owners wanted to charge that guest an extra 20 euro per night which again was not explained nor could we understand why it would be extra when we paid for the full weeks pax. The owners then told us they said it was okay because they could not see all the people who were there even though we were all standing there and they could see us all... Poor communication skills by the owners, seriously.
One last thing is that it says the pool is private, think again, about 10 school kids came one day and came in the pool, basically taking over... Also, you need to wear a swimming cap in their pool which they fail to tell you. seriously, we were on holidays. felt more like a school camp. these swimming caps they wanted you to wear would also cost 5 euro each...
There is also BBQ facilities and you would think there would be BBQ tongs to turn the meat etc, there is not so pack these if you are planning on using the BBQ.
Overall a great villa and location, these other things mentioned about did leave a bad taste in our mouth. There is a cleaning fee too and while the villa was mostly clean, I would not say the floors were kept very clean. No air-con in here either as mentioned on the web so would not stay here in the middle of the summer.
