L'appartement est agréable, très bien situé et au calme.
Nous sommes venus travaillés pour la Route du Rhum, donc notre principale exigence était le nombre de lits et la proximité ;-)
Remarques : pas de four et le wifi est payant (contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce). La procédure d'entrée n'est pas simple car il faut se déplacer à l'agence récupérer les clefs et malgré que nous ayons indiqués plusieurs fois le nombre de voyageurs, il n'y avait aucun drap dans l'appartement (le problème s'est résolu en appelant le service de garde)

Villa Oleandra is elegant, spacious, well finished and has a splendid view of the lake.
The owner's restaurant has an excellent fish cuisine.

Posizione molto interessante, isolata quanto basta per godere del silenzio della natura e della visione del cielo senza inquinamento luminoso, si trova lungo il percorso della Via franchigena, la casa è antica ma pulita e ben organizzata, la vista sul mare all'orizzonte molto romantica.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very attractive location, isolated enough to enjoy the silence of nature and the view of the night sky without light pollution, it is located along the route of the Via franchigena, the house is old but clean and well organised, the view of the sea on the horizon is very romantic.

La villa è bellissima, tenuta bene, con lavatrice, asciugatrice e molti altri servizi. I padroni sono stati lo stesso molto disponibili e gentili.

The house was very good but the host was not very friendly and getting our guarantie back was a hassle. Also the internet was very bad wich is not such a good deal aspecially when there are young people/students among the guests.
