Traunhaft. ;-)
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Dreamlike. Only the access leaves something to be desired. But if you book the entire property with a large family, almost anything is possible, from weeks of tranquility to a large, multi-day family holiday celebration. ;-)

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The property was more than sufficiently well equipped. Everything that was necessary was there. The house was clean and the landlords were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Some of the equipment could be exchanged for renovations. But we would come back at any time and say thank you very much.

Also ein Hundeparadies.

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks. It was brilliant! We had 2 dogs with us and the first thing we did was check the fence. The result: the huge property is completely fenced in. So it's a dog paradise.
The house and the terraces are unbelievably lovingly furnished. You can enjoy both shade and sun at any time of day on really comfortable garden furniture. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. There was even a cake and a fruit and vegetable basket as a welcome.
The location of the house is ideal. Quiet, but not far from interesting towns or the best restaurants in Tuscany. The owner lovingly takes care of the garden and the guests.
Thank you very much for everything. It was a perfect holiday.

Genuinely nice villa, well-furnished and close to Rome. Nice swimming pool and surroundings. Particularly spectacular panorama on Rome suburbs during the night. Very large property with olive garden. Some small negative details: it is difficult (almost impossible) to close the main door with the keys.
