Der Urlaub war sehr schön und die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und das Haus hat einen schönen Garten. Es ist mit fast allen Sachen die man so für das tägliche Leben braucht ausgestattet. Uns fehlte leider noch ein Backofen ????.
Es gibt zwei Sterne Abzug da es leider im Badezimmer sehr schlimm roch. Und der Geruch ging auch nicht wirklich weg. Der Hausverwalter wollte sich nach unserer Abreise darum kümmern.
Im übrigen sollte die Hausverwaltung etwas freundlicher werden...
Über Easy Reserve würde ich aber immer wieder buchen. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter.

Cependant nous aurions aimé avoir un logement exposé au soleil(tous les logements n'étaient pas occupés à cette période).D'autre part,nous étions 3 adultes et nous avons pris un logement prévu pour 6 personnes.

Es ist sauber, gut gelegen, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Besteck, Gläser, Toaster etc.). Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. 2 moderne Bäder, das hat uns gut gefallen. Insgesamt fehlt im Haus die Gemütlichkeit, die Möbel im WZ könnten vom Sperrmüll sein. Die Küche ist auch nur okay von der Einrichtung. Und hier hält man sich am meisten auf. Ein großer Spiegel u einige weitere Haken im Haus wären sinnvoll. Es gab noch ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten, die uns nicht so gefallen haben, aber wir wollen nicht zu viel meckern.
Für 5 Tage haben wir 800€ bezahlt, das war das Haus leider nicht wert.

We slept very well in the beds. 2 modern bathrooms, we liked that a lot. Overall, the house lacks cosiness, the furniture in the living room could be from bulky waste. The kitchen is only okay from the furnishings. And this is where you spend most of your time. A large mirror and a few more hooks in the house would make sense. There were a few other little things that we didn't like that much, but we don't want to complain too much.

Sogar während Corona waren viele Angebote wie das Schwimmbad offen. Ohne Einschränkungen wäre es sicher ein super Urlaub. Die Einrichtung des Bungalows war recht einfach aber trotz haben wir uns wohl gefühlt

Das Haus wurde sicherlich nicht kontrolliert, nachdem unser Vormieter ausgezogen ist.
Keine einzige Kaffeetasse vohanden, dafür aber jede Menge angedätschtes Geschirr. Und alles sehr staubig.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig mit moderner Ausstattung. Bei schönem Wetter läd der ebenfalls große Balkon zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein. Von dort aus kann man auch den See sehen. Mit unseren Rädern konnten wir vom Haus aus direkt starten und auf guten Radwegen entlang des Neusiedlersees radeln. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben die Wohnung als fünfköpfige Familie mit zeitweiligem Besuch der Großeltern gebucht. Hierfür war die Unterkunft ideal.
Alle Betten sind "richtige" Betten und keine ausziehbaren Schlafsofas oder Beistellbetten.
Ein Schlafzimmer ist unten auf der " Wohnebene", die anderen sind oben auf der "Schlafebene".
Das zusätzliche Gästeklo ist ein großer Vorteil bei vielen Bewohnern.
Das Raumangebot ist großzügig und die Zimmeraufteilung ermöglicht den Bewohnern ein Maximum an Privatsphäre, was insbesondere bei Kindern unterschiedlichen Alters vorteilhaft ist.
Erwähnenswert ist außerdem die Möglichkeit der Waschmaschinen- und Trocknernutzung gegen Wertmarken (erhältlich beim Hausmeister in der Wohnung gegenüber). Ein Wäscheständer ist vorhanden.
Der Ausblick vom Balkon aus ist übrigens phänomenal.
Ausstattung und Sauberkeit haben überzeugt.
Die Keyholder sind sehr hilfsbereit, ortskundig und gute Ratgeber in Sachen Urlaubsgestaltung.

All beds are "real" beds and no pull-out sofa beds or extra beds.
One bedroom is downstairs on the "living level", the others are upstairs on the "sleeping level".
The additional guest toilet is a great advantage for many residents.
The space is generous and the room layout allows the residents maximum privacy, which is particularly advantageous for children of different ages.
It is also worth mentioning the possibility of using the washing machine and dryer with tokens (available from the caretaker in the apartment opposite). A clothes horse is available.
By the way, the view from the balcony is phenomenal.
Equipment and cleanliness were convincing.
The keyholders are very helpful, knowledgeable about the area and good advice on vacation planning.
