L’appartement est bien situé et dans une belle résidence calme .
Bien pourvu pour les .WC et toilettes, cuisine ok à part un réfrigérateur ne produisant pas assez de froid , un étendoir à linge rouillé, Et le couchage du canapé lit un peu limite ( trop mou pour un adulte).
Mais terrasse sympathique et bons volumes de pièces.

Well equipped for WC and toilets, kitchen ok apart from a refrigerator not producing enough cold, a rusty clothes line, and the sleeping arrangements of the sofa bed are a bit limited (too soft for an adult).
But nice terrace and good volumes of rooms.

Casa arredata con gusto, pratica e super attrezzata. Oasi di pace, la piscina curata offre un angolo di piacevole relax. Non meno importante la presenza rassicurante di Maurizio e Claudia che custodiscono la casa in modo impeccabile.

Bell'appartamento luminoso e spazioso, molto pulito. Ideale per una famiglia con tre figli. Le due terrazze permettono o di prendere il sole o di prendere il fresco, godendo da una bella vista sul verde circostante. Posto tranquillo, che permette di fare di tutto: gite a piedi nei vigneti, in campagna, sulle cime del confine sloveno o in foresta, mare a Grado, cultura a Cividale, storia della Prima Guerra Mondiale, città come Cividale o Udine, perfino Venezia, Trieste. La regione non è cara ed è rimasta autentica. Aria buona e pura, notti fresche. Ospiti e famiglia molto gentili, servizievoli. In conclusione, abbiamo trascorso due settimane molto riposanti e assieme attive.

The two terraces allow you either to sunbathe or to take in the cool, enjoying a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. Quiet place, which allows you to do everything: walking tours in the vineyards, in the countryside, on the peaks of the Slovenian border or in the forest, the sea in Grado, culture in Cividale, history of the First World War, cities like Cividale or Udine, even Venice, Trieste. The region is not expensive and has remained authentic. Good and pure air, cool nights. Very kind, helpful hosts and family. In conclusion, we spent two very restful and active weeks together.

Vista impareggiabile sia di giorno sia di notte (l'intera via Lattea davanti a voi che finisce nel mare).
Casa comoda e pulita, ottima la doccia all'aperto sotto gli ulivi (se si conta anche quella di fatto i bagni sono 3). Il 7. e 8. letto sono due poltrone letto, adatte per i bambini o ragazzi, per adulti meno comode.
Qualche attenzione da avere per le vespe e le formiche (non lasciate in giro cibo). La notte si dorme bene; nella camera più a destra con il ventilatore, nelle altre 2 anche senza. Noi di zanzare non ne abbiamo viste molte, ma meglio attrezzarsi.C'è anche una bellissima gattina, Luna, molto affettuosa, che gironzola fuori e viene a prendere cibo, se gliene date.
Il mare si raggiunge in macchina, ma è bellissimo.
Quando siete a casa, non andreste più da nessuna parte, relax totale davanti all'infinito.

Comfortable and clean house, excellent outdoor shower under the olive trees (if you also count that, in fact there are 3 bathrooms). The 7th and 8th bed are two armchair beds, suitable for children or teenagers, less comfortable for adults.
Some attention to wasps and ants (don't leave food lying around). You sleep well at night; in the right-most room with the fan, in the other 2 even without. We haven't seen many mosquitoes, but better gear up. There is also a beautiful kitten, Luna, very affectionate, who wanders outside and comes to get food, if you give it to her.
The sea can be reached by car, but it is beautiful.
When you are at home, you will not go anywhere, total relaxation in front of infinity.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Der große Garten am Haus, die Ausstattung in der Küche, die Lage mit 10min Fussweg zur Badestelle, eine Stunde zur Ostsee mit Zug oder Auto. Mit 10 Personen waren wir voll belegt, was bei schlechten Wetter zu den gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten etwas eng werden kann. Wir konnten die Zeit im Garten genießen, daher alle 5 Punkte.

The large garden at the house, the equipment in the kitchen, the location with a 10-minute walk to the swimming area, an hour to the Baltic Sea by train or car. With 10 people we were fully occupied, which can be a bit tight for the common meals in bad weather. We could enjoy the time in the garden, hence all 5 points
