Tranquility, nature and privacy."Il Nilo" is a good equipped house, situated in the mountains, about 25 km north of Lucca. You can enjoy every day the view over the mountains with forrest, the birds and a big garden with a lovely, clean pool. Everything is just for you ! The owners, friendly and very helpful, live somewhere else but they maintain there property very well.
We enjoyed this house ! During the day there is always a place in the sun and also a place in the shade. If you like tranquility, nature and privacy, then this is the place to go. We add that you must be ab good walker because of the differences in height. A top location, literally and figuratively.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

LEIDER mussten wir bei der Ankunft feststellen das unsere Buchung nicht so übermittelt wurde wie wir gebucht hatten ( Fe.Wo. mit 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern).Die Wirtin zeigte uns die Wohnung mit nur einem Bad. Gott sei Dank hatte sie aber vorsorglich ein angrenzendes Zimmer mit Bad, das mit der Wohnung verbunden werden konnte, noch frei gehabt und wir konnten die Wohnung wie gebucht übernehmen.

ci-dessous mes commentaires:
1. la remise de clé à 16h a été respecté sauf que le ménage n'a pas été fait contrairement à ce qui était communiqué par l'agence. Le ménage a été fait a 17h ce qui n'est pas normale car entre temps en tant que locataire avec des enfants, je devais desinfecté et nettoyé avant l'entrée des enfants.
2. La piscine a été inspecté par un personnel de l'agence avant notre arrivée mais malgré cela l'eau était trouble, le pisiciniste qui est passé Mercredi a indiqué que ce n'etait pas normal et il avait mis le système de filtrage en place.
3. Le lave linge est pleins de moisisures, je ne l'ai pas utilisé
4. le frigo sentait vraiment mauvais, j'ai désinfecté et l'odeur est partie après plusieurs jours.
5. Les propriétaires laissent beaucoup de propres affaires linges et des armoires, tirroires remplis, ça ne laisse pas beaucoup d'espace pour les locataires, ni la sensation d'être à l'aise. ils bougeaint également la poubelle exterieur sans expliquation ni note.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Belle maison spacieuse et très bien équipée.
Le jardin est petit, mais la terrasse est agréable.

The house is clean, welcoming, tastefully decorated, functional, ideal for relaxing. The structure's managers are kind and attentive. Particularly welcome is the complimentary basket found in the house, containing local products for breakfast.

Sehr nette Unterkunft. Der Pool war der Lieblingsplatz der Kids. Strand ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr liebe Leute, welche einen Empfangen.
