Ein sehr sympatisches, sauberes Häuschen, das sowohl innen, als auch im Aussenbereich wirklich alles hat, was man für erholsame Urlaubtage braucht. Die Übergabe ist sehr angenehm und ausführlich und wer nicht englisch kann, wird am Handy von einer Dame ünterstützt, die deutsch spricht. Auf Wünsche und Problemchen wird promt reagiert. Der Nachbar hat Hühner, einen Hahn und einen Hund, die sich alle zu gegebener Zeit melden.
Cerovlje liegt in Zentralistrien, mit einem "Kramerladen" und in ca. 100 m Entfernung vom Haus mit einem guten Restaurant (Pizzen und auch einheimische Küche). Alle interessanten Ziele sind mit dem Auto problemlos zu erreichen.
Fazit: Wir haben uns im Casa Klementini sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen.

The handover is very pleasant and detailed and those who do not speak English are supported on the cell phone by a lady who speaks German. They react promptly to requests and problems. The neighbour has chickens, a rooster and a dog, all of whom will appear in due course.
Cerovlje is in central Istria, with a "general store" and, about 100 m away from the house, with a good restaurant (pizzas and local cuisine). All interesting destinations can be easily reached by car.
Conclusion: We felt very comfortable in Casa Klementini and can only recommend it.

E' stata una vacanza molto piacevole e l'alloggio assegnatoci ha sicuramente contribuito: ben strutturato, ottimamente fornito, molto confortevole anche nei momenti di pioggia. Il posto, Barcis, è magico.

Un posto tranquillo in mezzo alla natura. Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare i dintorni e perfetta per rilassarsi! Silenziosa e tranquilla zona di campagna. Noi in famiglia e col cane abbiamo avuto modo di godere di un ottima vacanza. Tutta la gestione della villa è fatta con discrezione, la pulizia e la cura degli spazi esterni perfetta e la gentilezza del proprietario davvero un altro punto a favore. Gli arredi sono essenziali ma funzionali! La consiglio vivamente e credo che la prenderemo di nuovo in consiederazione per una prossima vacanza.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A quiet place in the middle of nature. Excellent base for visiting the surroundings and perfect for relaxing! Quiet and peaceful countryside area. We as a family and with the dog had the opportunity to enjoy a great holiday. The whole management of the villa is done with discretion, the cleaning and care of the outdoor spaces perfect and the kindness of the owner really another positive point. The furnishings are basic, but functional! I highly recommend it and believe we will consider it again for a next vacation.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr ruhig. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Ideal für einen Fahrrad Urlaub. Einzig die Entfernung zum nächsten Restaurant oder Geschäft ist ziemlich weit.

Een schitterende lokatie met een prachtig uitzicht. En een lekker zwembad om in af te koelen. Huisje is vrij simpel maar een nieuwe bank en andere matrassen zou wenselijk zijn. Ook miste ik een koffiezetapparaat en een waterkoker. Maar het fenomenale uitzicht vergoed veel.

Soweit alles super gut in der Dusche hätte eine matte liegen können wegen Rutsch Gefahr für ältere Menschen und vielleicht noch eine Pfanne wäre nicht schlecht gewesen sonst alles ok mfg Arnhold

Verwilderte Hecke, Grasschnitt erfolgte drei Tage nach unserer Anreise (war rund 15 cm hoch) Gras zwischen den Terrassenplatten, Zufahrtsplattierung unterspült, Sonnenschirmständer vorhanden, aber kein Schirm. Verwitterte Terrassenstühle aus Plastik, davon einer mit gebrochener Sitzfläche, Verdreckte Auflagen für Stühle und Sonnenliegen. Kein Dosenöffner im Haus, kein Fön, Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach, keine Waschmaschine,keine Spülmaschine, defekter Dreh-Kippbeschlag am Schlafzimmerfenster. Verstaubtes Teeservice im offenen Regal. T-Shirt eines Kindes lag auf der Couchlehne - Endreinigung des Vormieters?? Gartentor nicht richtig montiert, deshalb nicht verschließbar. Ansonsten von der Grundkonzeption für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder Hunden geeignet. Allerdings wurde meine Frau und unser Hund dort von Zecken gestochen. Dieses Haus werde ich in diesem Zustand nicht wieder buchen.

No can opener in the house, no hair dryer, refrigerator without freezer compartment, no washing machine, no dishwasher, defective tilt and turn fittings on the bedroom window. Dusty tea service on the open shelf. A child's T-shirt was lying on the back of the couch - final cleaning by the previous tenant ?? Garden gate not installed correctly, therefore not lockable. Otherwise the basic concept is suitable for families with small children or dogs. However, my wife and our dog were bitten by ticks there. I will not book this house again in this condition.
