I loved the villa! The staff was amazing - friendly, gracious and very accommodating. They made lots of suggestions for our stay in the area. The restaurant was wonderful! I would highly recommend this location and this villa for anyone staying the Montalcino are.

Sehr sehr schönes Haus,
sieht in Live noch 1.000 mal schöner aus als auf Fotos.
Wir waren wunschlos Glücklich und haben Ostern mit der Familie in der Villa verbracht.
Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein Badezimmer.
Von jedem Zimmer aus hat man eine wunderbare Sicht aufs Meer.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Das Haus liegt Super Zentral!

Very very nice house
looks 1,000 times more beautiful in live than in photos.
We were absolutely happy and spent Easter with the family in the villa.
Each room has a bathroom.
From every room you have a wonderful view of the sea.
We will be back definitely.

Amazing property! Was perfect for our extended family of 16 (4 families). The various sections gave privacy to each family. The big table in the main section was big enough for all of us to eat together. The house is equipped with full kitchen and a barbecue. Internet connection was not very stable. Drive to the nearest supermarket, restaurants and ice cream is about 15 minutes of winding beautiful road.
The owner is super nice and helpful and gave us great recommendations. There’s a really nice pool which we didn’t use since it wasn’t warm enough.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Wir hatten mit 8 Personen eine schöne Zeit in diesem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage zur Rennstrecke Mugello. Für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt würden wir das Haus wieder gerne buchen.

Apartamento limpio, es tal y como se muestra.
Equipado con TODO lo necesario (mantas, sábanas, toallas, electrodomésticos, cubertería, ollas, sartenes, etc.).
Danielle nos atendió muy amablemente y aún habiéndole cambiado en varias ocasiones el horario de recepción/entrega de llaves siempre nos atendió con una sonrisa.
A la llegada nos enseñó cómo funcionaba todo, y nos indicó a dónde podíamos ir (ocio, restaurantes, turismo, etc.) para disfrutar de nuestra estancia.
Incluso nos invitó a que la llamásemos si necesitábamos que nos acompañase a algún establecimiento.

Danielle attended us very kindly and even having changed several times the check in time, she awaited us with a smile.
Upon arrival she showed us how everything worked, and told us where we could go (leisure, restaurants, tourism, etc.) to enjoy our stay.
She even invited us to call her if we needed her to come with us to an establishment.

Overall it was ok. but it could certainly need a more thorough cleaning in the kitchen area (appliances and cooking utensils) especially if you consider the final cleaning dues which are so extremely high.
Worth mentioning is the fact that the "final total rent price" shown in the add is totally misleading for at the end there are many more extra-charges being added!
