Huset er nedslidt og trænger til at blive gennemgået og renoveret.
Køleskabet mangler flere hylder, komfuret er nedslidt og trænger til udskiftning, der mangler rullegardiner i flere værelser, fugt har sat sine spor i vinduesrammer.
Poolområdet er fint og fungerer godt. Men igen få ting får det til at virke nedslidt, fx. døren til toilettet trænger til at blive udskiftet pga fugt, holder til poolrenser.
Huset som helhed er velindrettet og velfungerende til ferie med mange.
Beliggenheden er fin, området er godt.
Fin kontakt med husets ansvarlige.

The refrigerator lacks several shelves, the stove is worn and in need of replacement, missing blinds in several rooms, moisture has left its mark in window frames.
The pool area is nice and works well. But again, few things make it seem worn out, e.g. the toilet door needs to be replaced due to moisture, the pool cleaner holder.
The house as a whole is well-appointed and well-functioning for holidays with many.
The location is fine, the area is good.
Nice contact with the house manager.

Vorweg: Wir hatten nicht das abgebildete Haus (Nr. 159), sondern das wohl baugleiche gelbe Haus 137. An der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, die Häuser würden von der Rezeption zugewiesen. Das Haus bietet Platz für 8 Personen in vier Schlafzimmern (davon zwei mit Doppelbetten) und 2 Kinder im Alkoven. Leider waren die Betten verschmutzt, eins zierten deutliche Urinflecken.
Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung von Ferienwohnungen, die sehr dicht aufeinander stehen, eine ausreichende Intimsphäre ist kaum gegeben. Jedes Haus verfügt nur über einen! Parkplatz. Spielplätze sind nicht vorhanden.
Als besonders schlecht empfanden wir den Energieverbrauch des Hauses. In dieser Zeit haben meine zwei Enkeltöchter zweimal den Whirlpool und einmal die Sauna benutzt. Stromkosten: mehr als das Doppelte der Kaution, sehr, sehr hoch. Heizt lieber nicht und nutzt die Features auch nicht!

The apartment was fine, comfortable. Unfortunately it was not possible to go to the spa as advertised in the description... Only available for limited hours (11am to 2pm!) and during the time you are on the ski slopes ... Closed some days too!
I was told this has been going on for the last year or so! I would have like to know this in advance since we wouldn't have stayed there, being the main reason why we book at that place... Otherwise would have gone to a different building!
Please tell the truth to the next prospective renters!

Hemos estado muy bien, muy acojedor,en un barrio encantador, localización perdecta para moverse andando a todos sitios.
Miquele un gran anfitrion, nos explicó muchas cosas que ver y como hacerlo, en fin muy satisfactoria experiencia volveria sin ninguna duda.
