Wir sind zum 1. Mal hier, um Urlaub zu machen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und sind begeistert. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und nett und haben uns freundlich begrüßt. Wer die Ruhe und sehr gute Luft liebt ist hier genau richtig. Die Aussicht hier ist phänomenal und einige Fotos wert.
Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und gemütlich. Die Matratzen in den Doppelbetten sind etwas hart. Alles was man täglich braucht z. B. zum Kochen ist vorhanden.
In Arezzo gibt's einen riesigen Supermarkt und in Monte San Savino einen etwas kleineren. Der Pool ist groß genug zum Toben und Schwimmen und wird täglich gereinigt. Auf Wunsch kann man bei der netten Vermieterin auch mit 2-tägigem
Vorlauf Mittag- und Abendessen bestellen. Das haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, bekamen aber einen ofenwarmen selbstgebackenen Kuchen, der sehr lecker schmeckte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We are here for the first time to vacation (2 adults, 2 children) and are thrilled. The landlords are very hospitable and nice and have welcomed us friendly. Who loves the peace and very good air is just right here. The view here is phenomenal and worth a few photos.
The house is clean and comfortable. The mattresses in the double beds are a bit hard. Everything you need daily , for example for cooking, is available.
In Arezzo there is a huge supermarket and in Monte San Savino a little smaller one. The pool is big enough and is cleaned daily. On request you can (with a 2-day pre-order) book lunch and dinner through the owners. We did not use that, but got a oven-warm homemade cake, which tasted very delicious. We would stay here again anytime.

Everything was fine. The property is beautifully situated. The highway is also easy to reach and it was a wonderful base for our day-trips to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena and numerous other beautiful places.

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den abgebildeten Fotos. Unkomplizierte und verlässliche Buchungsabläufe. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Eigentümer. Traumhafte Ausblicke durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohn-/Esszimmer. Moderne Badezimmer im Untergeschoss. Sehr großer Pool mit schönen Liegen und blühendem Garten umgeben. Oliven- und Feigenbäume sowie Weinreben direkt zum Greifen nah rund um das Haus. Ausflüge nach Lucca, Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano, ins Chiantigebiet und ans Meer alle in ca. 1 Stunde gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese schöne Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

The property is exactly so as shown in the pictures. Uncomplicated and reliable booking procedures. Very nice and accommodating owner. Fantastic views through the large panoramic windows in the living / dining room. Modern bathroom on the ground floor. Very large pool with comfortable beach chairs and surrounded by blooming garden. Olive and fig trees as well as grape vines directly to grasp around the house. Excursions to Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, the Chianti area and the seaside all in about 1 hour by car. We felt very comfortable and recommend this nice accommodation very gladly.

Herrliche abgelegene Lage, toller Pool, sehr großes eingezäuntes Grundstück mit zahlreichen Olivenbäumen. Ferienhaus war grds.in Ordnung, Komfort ,Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind verbesserungswürdig (Duschwasser roch streng -wg. Trockenheit -). Ansonsten schöner Urlaub;

Wonderful secluded location, great pool, very large fenced grounds with numerous olive trees. Holiday house was basically in order; comfort, facilities and cleanliness are to be improved (shower water smelled badly because of dryness -). Otherwise nice holiday.

Property was clean, well equipped, excellent hot shower, good WIFI surrounded by farming, olive groves, vineyards and tobacco fields. Quiet, beautiful country views, in a good location to supermarkets in Sansepolcro, managed by Daniel who was helpful, obliging with very good English.

Beautiful villa with very special views over the tuscan hills. Excellent pool and interior was superb. Isolated which provides real peace and tranquility. Nearest shops are 10 minutes drive and we drove say 25 minutes to a beautiful restaurant and 30 minutes to Lucca...a very cool medieval city. Great memories in a truly unquestionably classy place.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus. Viel Platz, schöner Pool, tolle Terrasse mit klasse Ausblick. Sehr nette Vermieter, die einen mit frischen Gemüse und Obst verwöhnen. Immer wieder gerne.
