Wunderschöne Lage mitten im Ort, trotzdem ruhig, da Terrasse und Pool Blick in die Toskana haben. Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, war bei unserer Ankunft sauber, riesige Terrasse, relativ kleiner Pool, sehr erfrischend, trotz warmer Temperaturen. Klimaanlage kostet extra, was bei dem teuren Wochenpreis inklusive sein sollte. Endreinigung mit 150 Euro steht in keinem Preisleistungsverhältnis.
Bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser und etwas Brot vorhanden, das haben wir in der Toscana bei einem anderen Anbieter ganz anders erlebt. Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Wein, Schinken, Käse sowie frischen Obst und Gemüse, Brot sowie einer nicht angebrochenen Flasche Olivenöl und Balsamicoessig. Eine sehr nette Geste von unserem Schlüsselübergeber und Ansprechpartner, dass er uns zur Begrüßung in seiner Weinstube einen Prosecco ausgegeben hat und bei der Abreise eine schöne Flasche Rotwein.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Fantastic secluded property! We were a family of 10 from Norway and we had the best time! The Owner is a great guy and the staff and cook as well. I really recommend this villa. No neighbors, no noise; - you are on your own :-)

Our family of 10 stayed at the villa between July 2-9/16. The villa has an excellent location, very close to Florence. It has a beautiful pool. Eric, who manages the property was very helpful and attentive to our needs and is very accessible as he lives next door. It is a large villa with lots of character. While the villa is generally tidy it could use a deep cleaning. Also the villa has very little air circulation upstairs, and though there were ceiling fans they didn't seem powerful enough to help with air movement. A positvie that wasn't mentioned on the villa profile is that there is a bus stop nearby that will take you into Florence, which is great because you don't want to drive in Florence if you don't have to. The villa has a great outdoor eating area that is covered from the rain/sun. Overall we had a great week in San Carlo.

We spent a week at Villa Eden. The house and the surroundings are amazing and look even prettier than the pictures. We are used to spend a week in a villa either in Spain or Italy and Villa Eden was just perfect for us. Great location (just 15 min from Florence), the house was cleaned and specious, the owner Danielle is a very nice person and goes beyond his way to make sure you are comfortable, and the highlight for us was to hire two wonderful chefs that cooked a few nights for us (superb Italian dishes and plenty of food if you wanted seconds!). Our kids enjoyed the pool and running around the fields and the adults loved the calm surroundings, the pool, the great food, and the amazing view, specially at night when we observed the lights of Florence while having an alfresco dinner. Dejligt sted med gå-afstand til Dicomani, der er en lille hyggelig by med station. Under 1 times køretur til Firenze og 20 min. til Borgo San Lorenzo, der er en større by med masser af hygge og charme. Alt i alt et godt sted til en fornuftig pris... :)

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum! Alles was man braucht, um dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Ruhe pur. Auch der Pool war herrlich, da konnten unsere Kinder ohne Einschränkungen toben. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen vollen Obstkorb und einen Flasche hauseigenen Rotwein, lecker!

The resort has fully met our expectations. Warm welcome by the owner who was regularly present in case of questions. Very nice and quiet location. Ideal location for one-day trips and all accommodation nearby.
