Located 12km from Poreč and 500m from the centre of Sveti Lovreč in the Pazin area of Istria, in a sunny position, 8.5km from the sea, Clematis is a two storey single-family villa with a spacious fenced garden full of plants. There is parking for two cars on the premises and all the amenities that you could need are close at hand, with shops and restaurants within walking distance and anything else you could desire a short drive away. Walking paths and a cycle lane by the house also ensure that you can safely get around on your own steam.
The villa itself is a modern gem with all of the mod-cons that you could ask for as well as plenty of creature comforts. Air-conditioning and WIFI can be found throughout for your convenience and comfort and all of the rooms are well-designed and kitted out. On the ground floor, most of the rooms are part of the open-plan living space, a bright and welcoming oasis of calm that features a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, and a dining area that seats all eight guests that might be staying in the house at once and a cosy living room with a big fireplace, plush sofas, and a large flat screen satellite television. The ground floor also has a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a foosball table, as well as direct exits out to the terrace and the pool area from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom.
On the first floor, meanwhile, there are the rest of the bedrooms. This includes two more double rooms, each with en suite bathrooms and exits to the terrace. There is one final bedroom, a room with twin beds, which also has an en suite bathroom. Other facilities at the house include a washing machine, a safe, an iron, and hair dryer.
The garden is probably the star of the show, however, despite the elegant interiors and ample facilities. With a covered porch off the front of the villa housing the outdoor dining table within easy access of the kitchen. There is also a nice barbecue area to the side, looking out over the pool, and the balcony above looks down onto it: it is a dreamy set-up for making the most of your time at Clematis and mostly in or at the pool itself.
