Villa Sivota is a newly listed luxurious gem of a villa located just 1km (0.62 miles) from the picturesque villa of Syvota. Known for being a well-developed resort area with pristine beaches, it is a landscape of rich colour and impossible natural beauty. The rich blue of the clear seas meets the lush green of the surrounding hills, making this gorgeous part of the Ionian archipelago one of the most exotic and unforgettable destinations in the country. If you were thinking of a vacation in Greece, it is a truly idyllic option and if you were looking for a villa that makes the most of these remarkable surrounding, then look no further than Villa Sivota.

A four-bedroom, four-bathroom modern villa perfectly constructed for relaxation, rest, luxury, and fun, the villa is spread over three storeys and boasts some extraordinary features. Facing out to the sea just a short distance away (the nearest beach is only 250m from the villa – an easy enough walk for many guests), with a private pool, a neatly manicured little garden, balconies boasting remarkable views, and elegant and relaxing interiors finished to a very high standard, everything about this villa in Greece has been carefully designed to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.

As noted, there is a private swimming pool that is a lovely rectangular pool set with views of the cerulean sea and green hillsides that can be admired from the water and while relaxing next to it. Lavender plants surround the pool itself, ensuring pleasant scents that will be even more sweet and heavy on the air in the evening after the heat of the day and, again, add to the relaxing atmosphere. On the other side of the pool, you will find the beautiful decking on which some sun-loungers have been set up to allow guests to work on their tans. There is also a little covered-over area by the house with a table and chairs for al fresco dining while soaking up that astounding scenery. To the other end of the house, there is another covered outdoor area where you can find an outdoor shower for rinsing off post-swim before heading inside.

Inside the villa, the luxury and style continues with rooms that boast large windows (many of which take in those same extraordinary views) and often doors opening up onto the garden or the balconies above, high ceilings, a minimalistic but cosy style of decor, and lots of tasteful touches. Bright and airy, the villa features rooms like the wonderfully relaxing and inviting open-plan kitchen/living/dining room on the ground floor. Opening directly onto the decking of the terrace, the views, and the pool, this space boasts lots of natural light, a plush sofa, a cosy armchair, a flat-screen television, plants, a marble dining table that seats four, and a simple kitchen in silver and cream tones with brand new appliances (a toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven and hob, a tall fridge-freezer). On this floor, you will also find a double en suite bedroom in similar relaxing cream tones with a charming four-poster wooden bed made up in crisp and inviting bed sheets, a vanity table with a mirror, and an exit out to the terrace. All of the bedrooms and living spaces throughout the house boast air-conditioning and WIFI access.

On the lower floor, beneath the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned home gym with weights, exercise equipment, yoga mats, and a mirror for keeping an eye on your form. This floor also has an open-plan space that is, essentially, like a separate apartment in its own right. It is made up of a bedroom with two singles and a flat-screen television on a unit facing them as well as a fully-equipped kitchen/dining room (with a dining table, a fridge-freezer, an induction oven and hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, and an American coffee machine). There are windows onto the garden at a high level in the room and everything is still in those cream tones with natural wood and shiny silver (in the new appliances) shades so, while this room does not open up to the outside in the same way or boast as much natural light, it is still a bright and welcoming space.

The final two bedrooms are both on the first floor with a double bedroom and a bedroom with two singles. Both rooms feature vanity tables, are en suite, and open up onto the balcony outside directly, once more affording lots of natural light and allowing guests to make the most of those remarkable views yet again. On the balcony, there are sun loungers where you can lay out and relax while admiring your surroundings. The bathrooms, as throughout the rest of the house, are done in grey and cream tones, and are slick and modern, with lots of excellent little details and features such as mirrors with back-lighting, waterfall showers, hooks on the walls for towels and bathrobes, and plush towels stored under the sinks.

Available from €648 - €1230 per night, Villa Sivota can sleep up to eight guests comfortably and is a truly slick and luxurious villa in one of the most scenic parts of Greece (which is really saying something!). So, if you are looking to unwind and really get away from it all on your next vacation and you have been considering a holiday in Greece, then this is an absolutely idyllic place in which to do so.
