A pretty stone, three-storey terrace house that is located in the picturesque hamlet of Vozilići, just 8km from the centre of Labin and 13km from Rabac, Gianni has plenty of character and charm as well as some excellent amenities and selling points. Delightful days can be spent exploring the various little towns and villages of the area, heading to the beach, hiking throughout the landscape and more before returning back home to your dreamy vacation rental in Croatia. For more cosmopolitan pursuits, day-trips can be planned to the nearby coastal city of Rijeka for a wider selection of restaurants, museums, fascinating attractions, and an elegant historic core.
At the end of days of fun and adventure, you can rest assured knowing that you have a peaceful little haven of your own to return to. With traditional interiors featuring exposed stone walls, exposed ceiling beams, a little stove, brick detailing, antique furnishings, and more, Gianni feels a little bit like a storybook cottage and is bursting with character – but it still has everything you could need including WIFI, parking for two cars, a washing machine, and air-conditioning.
On the ground floor there is a pretty little country kitchen with a dining table, a hot plate and oven, a dishwasher, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This room opens both out onto the terrace and the covered dining area with the barbecue and opens into the living room with its stove, fireplace, satellite television, and sweet array of antique furnishings and décor. A bathroom with a shower completes the ground floor.
Then, on the first floor, there are two double en suite bedrooms, each with another satellite television and air-conditioning. On the top floor there is the final double en suite bedroom, again with air-conditioning and a television. A cot for children up to two years old can also be provided and up to one pet is allowed, upon request.
