Spread over three levels, Amfitriti Luxury Villa is made up of a lower ground floor, a ground floor, and an upper floor. The lower ground floor has three en suite bedrooms that each feature their own terrace with an outdoor sitting area, a satellite flat-screen television, and air-conditioning. This floor also has a fully-equipped kitchen, a separate laundry room, an another bathroom with a steam bath.
On the ground floor, you will find the living spaces, which open out onto the pool area directly. Here there is the main and modern kitchen with all of the mod-cons that you could need as well as a dining area, and an open-plan living room with a 65” Smart Samsung TV and a fireplace that is ideal for cosy cooler evenings if you are travelling off-season. Floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen/dining room overlook the Aegean and allow guests to make the most of the amazing views while dining indoors, while the direct access from these areas onto the terrace mean that you can go one step further and enjoy the views even more directly as you dine al fresco. Finally, on the upper floor there are the two master bedrooms, each of which boasts a spacious en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate large cabin shower. One of these bedrooms also has a private Jacuzzi bath with a sea view. Both bedrooms have a separate entrance but there is also a connecting door between them that can be locked. Throughout the house, the bedrooms almost all have king-size beds that can be separated into two twin beds.
