Those who want to stay active and to get out and see the area will appreciate that the villa is also near a marina, golf course, and surf school and destinations such as Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Balcone D'Italia-Sighignola, Cascate di Begna, Grotte di Rescia, Menaggio, and Lugano. Hiking trails such as those through Val Rezzo, Madonna del Cep-Passo San Lucio, and Breglia-Rifugio Menaggio are easily accessed from the property as well. While a car is suggested to really make the most of your time in the area, one could easily rent a bike and take in many of these attractions while getting out, getting active, and exploring the incredible beauty of this part of the world.
Of course, the villa itself is right on the water, making it easy to spend a whole vacation never straying too far at all but, instead, going for dips in the lake, enjoying water sports nearby, strolling down for meals and drinks in the restaurants and bars, relaxing in the garden, taking meals al fresco, reading great books while enjoying the views, and generally relaxing in the natural beauty and breath-taking scenery of the area. Inside, the house continues to impress with spacious, bright rooms, many of which have windows or doors taking in that astounding backdrop. Just off the garden, one enters into an open-plan living/dining room with direct views over the lake, a (decorative) fireplace and a separate stove, a large and comfy sofa, a dining table that can seat all eight guests, and a flat-screen television. Off this room is the kitchen, a cute and bright space with a small table, an oven, a gas stove with 4 rings, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and fridge-freezer. Furthermore, there is a washing machine, iron, a high chair, a crib for a child up to two years of age, and WIFI available throughout the house.
One double bedroom is located on this floor. On the upper floor, there is another double bedroom with access to the balcony and on the second upper floor is a studio area with a little kitchenette, an area with a double bed and a single bed, and another area with a day bed.
