The first bedroom on this level features 2 beds measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom includes a dressing room and a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 210 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, and WC. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
