The villa is inside a large estate of about 800 hectares,with an historical Abbey in the middle. The property is surrounded by forest and valley,which guarantee a toal privacy

The Villa has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and can accommodate 14 people. The large private pool gives the possibility of refresh during the very hot summer days, there is also and external covered area whit table and chairs for al fresco dinners.

With short drive is possible to reach some characteristics towns such as Abbazia San Salvatore, Pienza, Bagno a Vignoni, end the thermal towns: San Casciano dei Bagni di San Filippo and Chianciano Terme.

In the closest train station of Chiusi Scalo (18 kilometers from the villa) is possible to take a train for Florence, Arezzo, Rome and other destinations in Tuscany and Umbria.

Ground Floor: entrance leads into a large open space which includes living area with sofas and armchairs, spacious dining area with wood table just in front of an ancient working fireplace, kitchen fully equipped with gas stove (4 burns) electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, from the kitchen a large French door gives the access to the garden on the pool side. In the same floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with two single beds (joinable upon request) with a private bathroom with shower, second bedroom with two single beds, (joinable) direct access to the garden and a private bathroom with bathtub, third bedroom with two French beds, direct access to the garden and private bathroom with shower.
First Floor: a large spiral staircase gives the access to the first floor, it leads into a common room with sofas and TV. There are 4 bedrooms in this floor, two with single beds (joinable), each with its own bathroom with bathtub, the other two rooms have two French bed, each room has a private bathroom with shower.
