The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a comfortable and private retreat. The second bedroom features 1 double sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds with a width of 90 cm and a length of 190 cm, making it a versatile space well-suited for families or groups. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. The fully equipped kitchenette features 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for self-catered stays.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
