The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and cable TV with DVD player, and opens directly onto a north-facing balcony offering breathtaking mountain views. The kitchen is fully open to the living space, creating a bright and sociable atmosphere ideal for families and groups. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and both rooms benefit from direct access to a west-facing balcony. The third bedroom also features 2 single beds of the same dimensions — 90 cm wide and 200 cm long — and includes a private bathroom with a separate WC, as well as its own exit to a south-facing balcony. A shower room with WC serves the remaining areas of the apartment. Additional balcony space is accessible from the main living area, oriented to both the north and west, and is furnished with outdoor balcony furniture, allowing guests to fully enjoy the exceptional mountain panorama from multiple vantage points.

Heating is available throughout the apartment to ensure year-round comfort. The laundry facilities include both a washing machine and a dryer, making longer stays entirely practical. The apartment is situated within a non-smoking building and is particularly well suited for families. Guests benefit from a dedicated parking space numbered 16 as well as a garage space also numbered 16, with a height clearance of 230 cm and a width of 220 cm. A notable feature of this property is the complimentary access to the swimming pool of the adjacent residence, Domaine des Reines, located approximately 100 metres away and reachable via an external access route. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
