The second bedroom features 1 set of bunk beds in a 2 x 2 configuration, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests. The third bedroom offers 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate shower room with WC serves the remaining bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living and dining space, completing a fluid and well-organized interior layout.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
