The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and benefits from a private bath and WC. The second bedroom features 1 set of bunk beds in a 2 x 2 configuration, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests. The third bedroom offers 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate shower room with WC serves the remaining bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living and dining space, completing a fluid and well-organized interior layout.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, an electric kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. Additional kitchen equipment includes a raclette grill and a cheese fondue set. The living area is warmed by a fireplace and the entire apartment benefits from underfloor heating, ensuring a cozy atmosphere throughout your stay. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
