"Apt B 078" is a 3-room vacation rental apartment of 78 m2 situated on the 7th floor, renovated in 2022 and designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. The apartment is spacious and bright, featuring comfortable and cosy furnishings throughout. The open-plan living and dining area includes a dining table and leads out to a south-facing and east-facing balcony, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside, and the resort. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also provides access to the balcony. The second sleeping area is an alcove situated in an open-plan space, furnished with 2 single beds of 90 cm width and 200 cm length. The third room contains 1 bunk bed, again measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. It is important to note that some sleeping areas, including the alcove, are located in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed bedrooms. The apartment features 1 bathroom with a bath and WC, as well as a separate additional WC.

Amenities Included

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, with Nespresso capsules available at an extra cost, as well as a raclette grill and a cheese fondue set. A washing machine is available for guests' use. The living area is fitted with a cable television with a flat screen, a radio, and a hi-fi system, providing ample entertainment options. Heating is provided throughout the apartment to ensure warmth and comfort during your stay. The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture and a deck chair. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
