The bedroom also opens onto the balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside from multiple vantage points. The large, south-facing balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a bath and WC, as well as a hair dryer for your convenience.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
