The combined kitchen and living area is a bright and welcoming space featuring a dining table, an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set suitable for both chinoise and cheese fondue. The living and dining room is enhanced by a panoramic window and an open-hearth fireplace, which is present for decorative purposes, along with a flat screen television. The apartment also includes a full bathroom with WC. Two separate exits lead to a generous south-facing terrace of 25 m2, equipped with 2 deck chairs, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
