"Dumont" is a spacious and bright 6-room vacation rental spanning approximately 260 m2 across 3 levels, fully renovated in 2016 and thoughtfully furnished with comfortable, tasteful décor. The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms distributed across its multiple floors.

On the main level, a large open living room with an open-hearth fireplace serves as the central gathering space, complemented by a cable TV with flat screen, radio, and hi-fi system, with direct access to both the terrace and the patio. Adjacent to this is a large kitchen and living room equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, all centered around a dining table and also offering access to the terrace and patio. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge, and a fondue set, including chinoise and cheese fondue, is provided.

On the lower ground floor, a small living room with cable TV and flat screen offers additional relaxation space with direct exit to the terrace. This floor also hosts 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by a shower and WC, as well as a heating unit.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
