The spacious living and dining area measures an impressive 60 m2 and features a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a versatile space for relaxation and entertaining. From this room, you have direct access to the terrace, allowing you to seamlessly transition between indoor comfort and outdoor living. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay.

The sleeping accommodation is distributed across 4 well-appointed bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms each feature a double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each of these rooms benefits from a private en-suite shower and WC. A third bedroom also offers a double bed with the same dimensions of 2 x 80 cm by 200 cm. The fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
