An office is also available on this level, providing a quiet and functional space. 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each equipped with individual air conditioning for personalised comfort. The fully equipped kitchen of 25 square metres also opens onto the terrace and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a microwave, and a freezer. A shower room with a separate WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length and benefits from its own air conditioning unit, while a further bedroom features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
