So, while it is certainly picturesque and a place full of lovely spots to swim, typical sandy beaches are less common. The villa is in Montaretto, on the hills of Bonassola, nestled amongst the vineyards and olive trees so famous in the Ligurian countryside, 11 km from the sea and 12 from the city of Levanto where you can reach the Cinque Terre path on foot.
The House is connected to the sea places of Bonassola and Framura trough a road but also through some paths in the wood.
Behind the house you can find a stream with some natural ponds.
The Montaretto village is a special one: with its warm and relaxed atmosphere.
There is a bar/tobacconist/newspapers/restaurant and a food shop with local products.
A coffe-bar/cultural center as well.
There is a bus twice a day to Bonassola, on the coast, where you’ll find the railway station as well.
The House has got three car-places outside and four inside.
