The entrance hall provides additional sleeping accommodation with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space, creating a practical and comfortable environment for guests. The bathroom is configured as a combined shower and WC unit.

The studio is well-equipped to support a comfortable stay with a comprehensive range of amenities. In the kitchen, guests will find 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, providing everything needed for meal preparation and entertaining. The living area features a television with a flat screen, though please be aware that TV reception is available in French only. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
