The entrance hall provides additional sleeping accommodation with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space, creating a practical and comfortable environment for guests. The bathroom is configured as a combined shower and WC unit.

In the kitchen, guests will find 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, providing everything needed for meal preparation and entertaining. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
