The main living and dining area is bright and welcoming, offering direct access to a north-west facing balcony with stunning views of the mountains and the ski run. The 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. An alcove, situated in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed room, contains 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing a cozy and functional sleeping space for younger guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the alcove, are located in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
