The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed thoughtfully across both floors. Partly characterized by charming sloping ceilings and renovated in 2012, the interior presents tasteful and carefully curated furnishings throughout.

On the main level, a bright and welcoming living and dining room faces north-west and opens onto a west-facing balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects to a north-facing balcony. This floor also includes 1 bedroom with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a bathroom with WC. A second bedroom on this level features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower with WC.

The upper floor hosts 1 additional bedroom with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by its own bathroom with WC and access to a north-facing balcony. In total, the penthouse offers 2 balconies, one facing north and one facing west, both affording very beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding resort.

The open kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A washing machine is also available within the property for guests' convenience.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
