The apartment features 3 rooms with double beds, providing generous and comfortable accommodation for guests. 2 well-appointed bathrooms serve the property: 1 bathroom complete with a WC and shower, and 1 bathroom featuring a WC and bathtub. A spacious living and dining area forms the social heart of the apartment, creating an inviting space for relaxation and shared meals. Wireless internet via Wifi is available throughout the property, keeping you seamlessly connected during your stay. Other Information
The visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid directly to the landlord on site. Guests aged 16 years and above are subject to a rate of CHF 4.50 per night, while guests under 16 years of age are exempt from this tax. A bed linen charge applies and includes towels and kitchen linen. A cot and high chair can be obtained from the office for a deposit. Bookings made up to 60 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge, although a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained for any cancellation. Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord and shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions. The tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee, with Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays deferring to the next working day. In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
