Built in 2000, the villa is thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests seeking a peaceful coastal retreat along the Gulf of Finland. The property features a combined living room and kitchen equipped with 2 sofa beds that spread out to 160 cm in width, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with WC, an electric sauna, and an entrance hall. Staying connected is effortless thanks to Internet WiFi available throughout the property. The villa benefits from a combination of underfloor heating in the bedroom and shower room, an air source heat pump, and solar energy, ensuring a comfortable and energy-conscious stay throughout the year. A washing machine is conveniently located in the bedroom behind a curtain. A cot in the form of a baby's travel bed and a high chair are available upon request and must be pre-booked in advance. Final cleaning and bed linen for the number of persons indicated are included in the booking, applicable to new reservations made after 13.9.24.

The outdoor spaces of this villa are truly one of its most captivating features, offering direct access to the Gulf of Finland just 30 metres from the property. The shoreline has a quiet, shallow sandy-clay bottom, while deeper waters can be reached from the end of the private jetty, making it ideal for swimming at varying levels of confidence. A rowing boat is available for shared use with the neighbouring cottage, inviting guests to explore the calm coastal waters at their leisure. The glazed terrace is a standout feature of the property, with a glass wall facing the sea that can be completely opened to allow the fresh sea breeze and panoramic views to flow freely into the living space. A fireplace on the terrace creates a warm and atmospheric setting for cooler evenings. A dedicated barbecue hut is available on the grounds, equipped with both a gas grill and a wood-heated grill, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. Each reservation includes 3 wooden baskets of firewood. An outdoor hydro massage bath is available for rent from the owner, and a SUP board is also available for rent directly from the owner.

Other Information

Guests are welcome to pre-book a cot and high chair prior to arrival to ensure these items are ready upon check-in. The outdoor hydro massage bath is available for rent for a weekend or a full week, with towels included in the rental; please note that the water will not be changed during the stay. A SUP board can also be rented directly from the owner during your stay. All bookings include final cleaning and bed linen based on the number of persons indicated, a benefit that applies to new reservations made after 13.9.24.
